Please note that the order must be completed within the stipulated due date. Any failure or delay in delivery will be subject to penalties. In the event of a delay of up to one week, a discount of 5% will be applied to the total invoice amount. Delays beyond one week may lead to order cancellation and/or reimbursement claims, subject to the discretion and final decision of the management.
